Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. CoworkRoom provides tools for managing availability, pricing, and messaging but does not guarantee bookings or revenue.

4. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed via Stripe. By using our platform, you agree to Stripe’s terms. CoworkRoom may charge a service fee, which will always be clearly disclosed.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are set by hosts. CoworkRoom may intervene to help resolve disputes but is not liable for refunds unless otherwise stated in our policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and intellectual property related to CoworkRoom belong to us unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without permission.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
